Delicious vegan apple crisp recipe that is easy to make. Perfect fall and winter dessert.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Add apple chunks to large bowl and toss with lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, salt, and cornstarch, until evenly coated.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine all ingredients for the crisp topping and mix until the topping resembles wet sand.
  4. Put apple mixture in lightly greased baking pan (I used a 9″ pie pan).
  5. Cover evenly with the crisp topping.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until the apples are bubbly and the top is lightly browned.
  7. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving
  8. Serve with vegan vanilla ice cream for an extra decadent treat.
